On 16th September 2025, the Office Bearers of “The Paulites of Belgaum Worldwide (PBW – Alumni), in collaboration with St. Paul’s High School, Belagavi, had the honour of hosting Mr. Pradeep Kumar Madhavan, Regional Representative for South Asia to the World Union of Jesuit Alumni/ae (WUJA).
The meeting was held in the conference room of St. Paul’s High School.
An illustrious alumnus of Loyola School, Trivandrum, and a Management Systems Consultant and International Trainer by profession, Mr. Kumar warmly interacted with PBW members during his visit.

In his address, Mr. Kumar highlighted the vital role of networking among alumni of Jesuit institutions across the globe. He deeply appreciated PBW’s commitment to social causes, especially initiatives such as the recent Blood Donation Camp. He also extended a cordial invitation to all Paulite alumni to participate in the upcoming JAAI SUMMIT GOA, the 11th National Congress of Jesuit Alumni/ae Associations of India, to be held from 6th to 8th February 2026 at the V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education, Goa.
Further, he shared insights about the WUJA Congress, scheduled to be held in Yogyakarta, Indonesia in July – August 2026.
This prestigious event will serve as the General Body Meeting for Jesuit alumni worldwide, bringing together representatives from across continents to reaffirm their commitment to the Jesuit spirit of service and excellence.
The interactive session not only strengthened the bond between PBW, JAAI and WUJA but also inspired members to carry forward the Jesuit legacy of “Men and Women for Others” with greater zeal.
As the meeting concluded, one truth stood clear:
Alumni are not just keepers of cherished memories, but also torchbearers of values that light the way for generations to come.
