The Association of Past Xavierites ( APX ), the alumni/ae association of the St.Xavier's High School, played a cricket match versus the alumni/ae association of a leading college in Ahmedabad, on 26th January, after the Flag Hoisting, on the St.Xavier's High School grounds. This is an annual event organized jointly by the 2 associations, one year the match is played on the St.Xavier's grounds, and the following year on the other Institute's grounds. Members of both the associations along with the students, staff and management participate in the Flag Hoisting, followed by the match. Breakfast and lunch are also served before and after the match and it is an ideal occasion and set up to celebrate the Republic Day. For the statistics, the scoreline reads 4-4 after 8 matches played on 26th January for the past 8 years. Besides the patriotic fervor, bonding and networking are also part of this event, along with the sports conscious alumni/ae members

The Inter-School Cultural Festival-cum-Carnival 2015 was held at St. Xavier's School, Doranda, Ranchi on 25 January 2015 under the joint aegis of the Management of SXD and the Doranda Old Xaverians (DOX Alumni Association).
1. 47 Inmates of Loyola High School, Khunti, a school of the Jesuits located in a semi-rural locale 45 kilometers from Ranchi town, were provided a Bus Transport Facility and brought to Ranchi for an EXPOSURE-CUM-EXCURSION VISIT" on the day of the Carnival 2015 (25.01.2015). They were led by Brother Fuldeo S.J., the in-charge of the School and its Hostel. Their hostellers, 90 in number, come from rural and very poor backgrounds. The visiting children had never seen a big city in their lives. (children are aged 13 years to 17 years).
The 8th annual Britto's O.B.A Xmas Dance at ALVA MAR, Parra, with FOREFRONT led by Seby Pinto and VENTURES led by Malcolm Sequeira was a grand success. Everyone enjoyed themselves and even the Deputy Chief Minister, Adv. Francisco C.J.A. de Pinto e Souza agreed to shake a leg after a brief felicitation function by the Founder President Fr. Apollo Cardoz SJ in the presence of the current President BOB Cesar Cabral ...who also led the Managing Committee in organizing, presenting, Monitoring and accounting for the dance. Less than 24 hours later, most of the accounts are settled. The Treasurer, BOB Max Cordeiro [seen giving away a prize at the dance in the last photo] has done an excellent job of accounting and getting the accounts audited. BOB Elvidio D'Souza has been our Conscience Keeper and organized the gate-keeping for a nominal cost, while BOB Jude Fernandes has managed the hamper very transparently. A record 124 members attended the Dance along with their families and friends.
Campion School Bhopal was established in 1965 The school began its Golden Jubilee celebrations on December 1, 2014 in the school campus under the enthusiastic leadership of school principal, Dr. Father Athnas Lakra, S.J.
The Golden Jubilee celebration commenced with a Holy Eucharistic Celebration Mass at 7.00 am in the St. Edmond Campion Church. The mass was conducted by the Arch Bishop of Bhopal diocese, Dr. Leo Cornelio, SVD. This was followed by the installation and blessings of the statues of St. Edmund Campion, S.J., patron saint of Campion School, Fr. E.F. More, S.J., founder principal of Campion, St. Ignatius of Loyola, S.J., founder of the Society of Jesus and St. Francis Xavier, S.J., co-founder of the Society of Jesus.
The St.Xavier's High School Loyola Hall ( Ahmedabad ) celebrated and held its 80th Sports Day on Sunday, 30th November. The event started at 9 am and went on till 12 noon. The athletes of the school showcased their skills and class in various heats and events, witnessed by thousands, comprising of students, staff, management, alumni members, parents, guests and benefactors.
FOOTBALL builds T.E.A.M. ...for Together Everyone Achieves More! Deputy Chief Minister of Goa and Patron Member of Britto's OBA Mr. Francis D'Souza came "Back to school" and stayed back for an entire football match, International footballer Malvita Mascarenhas came as the only Lady football coach and her T.E.A.M. won the day, The Referees were Ashok Shirodkar, Eknath Salgaokar and Dharma Chodankar selected by the Chairman of the Organizing Committee BOB Savio Necy Fernandes. Don Bosco HS, Panaji beat one Jesuit school [Loyola HS, Margao] via a tie-breaker after a spirited semi-final match ended in a goal-less draw ...and beat St. Britto HS, Mapusa, the other Jesuit school and co-organizer of the tournament named after a former Superior General of the "Society of Jesus" Fr. Pedro Arrupe SJ" in a thrilling final by a single goal.
The 3rd Governing Council Meeting of the Jesuit Alumni Associations of India (JAAI) was held on 1st November, 2014 at the Conference Hall (Room No. 15) of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata hosted by Calcutta Jesuit Province and St. Xavier’s College (Calcutta) Alumni Association (SXCCAA).

Shantiniketan Ex-students Association (SEA) also organized a blood donation camp, a JAAI initiative on the Shantiniketan High School campus on 2nd October 2014, 35 units of blood were collected.
Over 2000 alumni, students, parents and friends participated in the Navratri Mahotsav organized by The Ex Xavierites Alumni Association of Surat (TEXAS) at St. Xavier's High School, Surat on October 1st and 2nd 2014. Several competitions were held in various categories. Organizing an event on such a scale is very expensive and we are grateful to our alumni who donated Rs 8 lakhs towards the conducting of the event. The Chief Guest for the event was the Collector of Surat. Several dignitaries from the Police, Judiciary, Education and Municipality also attended the event.
The Association of Past Xavierites (APX), the alumni association of the St.Xavier's High School Loyola hall Ahmedabad along with the School management hosted the annual GARBA on the school grounds on Saturday, September 27th 2014.
Over 11,000 revellers including students, alumni/ae, staff, management and guests enjoyed the traditional GARBA on the school grounds. The program started at 7pm with the school students having their competition rounds and then from 9 pm onwards to midnight it was an open event.
This is an annual event where the staff, management, alumni, students and guests bond and enjoy the garba.
Many Jesuit Institutes and Alumni associations across Gujarat Province will be hosting GARBA events during this festival season.
