Ex-students of St Aloysius Mangaluru (Deemed to be University) from the  Golden Batch of 1971 representing BA, B.Com and B.Sc streams raised a significant amount of Rs 1.71cr on the occasion of their 50th Reunion and gifted this well equipped Advanced instrumentation Center to their Alma Mater
