Loyola Alumni Association extends support to Loyola Hindi School students with spectacles*
The Loyola Alumni Association (LAA) continues its commitment to serving the underprivileged by supporting the students of Loyola Hindi School.
An eye check-up camp was organised in June for students of Classes 4 to 10, where 397 students were examined. After further investigation, 34 students were diagnosed as requiring spectacles. *Today, all 34 students received their spectacles from LAA.*
The event was graced by Rector Fr. Mike T Raj, LAA President Fr. Vinod Fernandes, members of the LAA Executive, Dr. Rajneesh & Dr. Malay, students, and their parents.
In addition to health initiatives like these, LAA also supports Hindi School students with annual scholarships worth ₹2 lakhs, reaffirming its mission of uplifting the marginalised and underprivileged sections of society.
