A wonderful initiative by Loyola School, Telco, in association with the Loyola Alumni Association (LAA) and XLRI Alumni Committee (ALCOM), successfully organised on 31st October 2026.

Designed for students of Standards IX, X and XI, the programme witnessed enthusiastic participation, with over 300 students benefiting from valuable career guidance and insights into diverse career opportunities.

The sessions were conducted with the support of resource persons from XLRI, who shared their knowledge and experiences to help students make informed choices about their future.

The programme was convened by our Patron, Mr. Ronald D’Costa, with the presence and support of Mr. Rajiv Talwar (Senior Vice President), Mr. Savak Patel (Vice President), Mr. Iqbal Alam (Treasurer) and Mr. Vivek Jha (Committee Member).

We gratefully acknowledge the guidance and encouragement of Fr. Vinod Fernandes, Principal of Loyola School, Jamshedpur, and Mrs. Charanjeet Ohson, Principal of Loyola School, Telco, whose support was instrumental in making this initiative possible.

A meaningful step towards empowering young minds and helping them discover their future

The right guidance today… a brighter tomorrow
