St. Thomas School, Gandhedungri, celebrated a historic milestone by hosting its first-ever Alumni Meet, attended by more than 195 Thomasians.

A delegation from the Loyola Alumni Association (LAA), Jamshedpur, comprising Fr. Vinod Fernandes (President), Rajiv Talwar (Senior Vice President), Savak Patel (Vice President), Iqbal Alam (Treasurer), and Executive Members Gaurav Rungta and Rahul Debuka, was invited to share its experience in building a successful alumni movement.

Fr. Vinod Fernandes highlighted the importance of alumni staying connected with their alma mater, while Rajiv Talwar conducted an interactive session on creating and sustaining an alumni association, sharing LAA’s journey and best practices.

The event concluded with Fr. Alex, Principal of St. Thomas School, thanking the Loyola Alumni Association for its guidance and support. A core committee was identified, formally initiating the process of establishing the St. Thomas School Alumni Association.
