The Loyola Alumni Association (LAA) proudly celebrated 39 years of uninterrupted service through its Saturday Free Clinic with a cake-cutting ceremony. The celebration became even more special as it coincided with Doctors’ Day, making it a fitting occasion to honour the dedicated medical fraternity that has selflessly served the community over the years.
The event was graced by senior doctors including Dr. Dinesh Upadhyay, Dr. K. P. Dubey, Dr. Ashok Sundar, Dr. Saurabh Choudhary, Dr. Anand Prasad, and Dr. Joy Bhaduri, along with more than 25 doctors and over 30 volunteers associated with the LAA medical fraternity.
Rector Fr. Mike T. Raj, President Fr. Vinod Fernandes, Sr. Vice President Rajiv Talwar, Vice President Savak Patel, and Treasurer Iqbal Alam felicitated the doctors with mementos in recognition of their invaluable contribution and unwavering commitment to serving society.
The celebrations concluded on a nostalgic note with the singing of the Loyola Anthem, followed by fellowship among the alumni, doctors, volunteers, and guests.
