An alumni interaction session  on  Clinical Research Decoded: Career Opportunities was conducted by the Department of Biotechnology (School of Life Sciences) at St Aloysius (Deemed to be University) on July 23rd 2025,at 1:00 P.M in

The resource person , Ms. Aswathi Aravind K ,Senior EU Project Coordinator at  Syneos Health gave an overview of Clinical Research and the career options available in the same field .

The session also furnished the students with the different phases of clinical research and the role of a clinical research (CR) professional .The talk ended with Ms.Aswathi sharing websites through which one could avail training in the same field.                                                                                                                                                                                                    

The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and industrial relevance by familiarizing students with the dynamics of real-world clinical research settings.Nearly 110 undergraduate and postgraduate Biotechnology students benefitted from this session.
