APX ( Association of Past Xavierites, alumni of St. Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall Ahmd ) vs HLCC alumni cricket match played today, a bonding and fellowship event partnered by two premium alumni associations of Ahmd.

APX organised its second Covid vaccine drive on the school premises today. Recently a tree plantation drive and blood donation camp were also initiatives taken up and were a fulfilling experience with the support of management & parents.

APX has raised hands and lived upto the motto of ‘being a person for others’ and ‘to give and not count the cost’.

The annual APX blood donation drive was held for the 16th year in a row.

As always APX begins the new year along with the school academic year, with the AGM followed by the Blood donation drive. This noble cause is well supported by the management & staff, alumni, parents and benefactors.

APX ( Association of Past Xavierites, Alumni/ae association of St Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall Ahmd ) had its AGM today.

The Principal Fr Xavier Amalraj SJ who is also the APX & JAAG Chairman and the PCA for Gujarat Province was present as also Fr Lucas SJ, Superior & Manager of the Institute.

The AGM was hosted on the premises following COVID protocol and accounts and activities of the last year were shared, discussed & passed and the new team formed for the coming year.

APX has organised a blood donation drive on Saturday 10 July on the campus.

The Association of Past Xavierites (APX) the Alumni Association of St. Xaviers High School Loyola Hall conducted a blood donation drive for alumni and families on the School Campus on 27th June 2021.

Today morning ( 26 June 2021 ) had the opportunity to address & interact with the teachers of the primary section at St Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall. Was a fruitful and fulfilling session with Fr Xavier Amalraj ( Principal and Chairman APX/JAAG & PCA Gujarat Province ) in attendance too.

The Ex-Xavierites Association, Surat (TEXAS) are living up to their motto of 'Xavierite being a person for others' under the able guidance of our respected Ex. Officio Chairperson - Fr. Sudhir Bhatia are have distributed 10 covid essential medical kits to different educational institutions in the tribal areas of at Vyara, Mandal, Songadh, Bardipada, Unai Pimpri, Subir, Shangahan, Borpada, Paraspada (Fulwadi) with great Joy & enthusiasm maintaining Covid 19 norms with motto Be Healthy & Be Safe.

2) Oxy meters
3) Vaporisers (steamers)
4) Surgical grade masks
5) Sanitizer bottles
6) Cough syrup bottles
7) Cold and Cough tablets
8) Vitamin C tablets

Out APX & JAAG past president Mr Anuj Mehta has taken this initiative & whosoever is in need May contact APX/JAAG Chairman Fr Xavier Amalraj, also the Gujarat Province PCA.

Kudos to Anuj Mehta and many such who are reaching out to society.

The School ( St Xavier’s High School Loyola Hall along with all stakeholders ) is also in forefront reaching out and meeting people's need.

• Supplying food to quarantined people
• Giving psychological councilling
• Meeting people to get over grief and pain and assisting migrants. Financial aid also given as and when need arises

As part of their Oxygen Outreach for needy patients, St. Xavier's Loyola - Ahmedabad Parivar are distributing Oxygen Concentrators to needy patients.

A year that went by , the toughest and most testing one that was and we are still slowly coming to adapt to the new normal even as this dreaded virus is here to stay.
